Q. Are you a hotel?

A. No, our properties are fully furnished rental apartments owned and operated by Berri Suites.

Q. What are the advantages of staying with Berri Suites rather than a hotel?

A. There are cost advantages with staying at Berri Suites. On average, our rates are 50 % to 80% less than hotels. Apartments provide you with more space and privacy than hotel rooms. Our kitchens provide you with an alternative to high priced room service meals and an "at Home" atmosphere for cooking or entertaining.

Q. Is there a housekeeping service and how much does it cost?

A. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. Should you wish to have a housekeeping service during your stay, the one time cleaning rate is $ 75.

Q. How may I pay for my reservation?

A. Personal checks, cash as well as some major credit cards are accepted. Corporate accounts may establish direct billing procedures.

Q. What is included in the apartment rent?

A. The cost of utilities is included in the rent, specifically for electricity, gas, heating and water.

Q. How are the apartments equipped?

A. The kitchens are fully equipped. Bedrooms and baths are supplied with linens and towels. There is a television and a radio. An iron and ironing board may be found in a closet.

Q. Are there laundry facilities?

A. Yes, there are laundry facilities at Berri Suites.


Q. Are pets allowed?

A. No.

Q. How do I get the keys to the apartment?

A. Keys may be obtained from Berri Suites concierge upon your arrival. Any special arrangements should be made at the time of reservation and reconfirmed prior to arrival.

Q. What time is move in?

A. Move in time is after 4 p.m. If you need to make special arrangements, please call Customer Service.
